I would like to invite you to my 3rd Annual Yoga Retreat at the Haven. The Haven is a quaint, ocean front retreat centre located on beautiful Gabriola Island. Gabriola is one of the most accessible of the Gulf Islands; just a short ferry ride from Nanaimo, Vancouver Island.
I offer an inclusive style of yoga suitable for all level and ages.

Includes: 6 nights accommodation, meals, 2 daily yoga sessions and evening meditation
